Returns Policy

 

Shipping Policy

We dispatch (send out) goods only on Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays only, any changes will be duly communicated .. payment for this days should be made latest 7pm Sundays and Wednesdays . we however do not guarantee that any order placed after this time will be dispatched on the next day 

Delivery duration to a location is majorly 1-4 days .. however in a case where there's a  delay this will be caused by the courier company and we do not have control over that , we can only try our best to call them but cant control them

Insurance can be purchased for any shipment if the customer wishes to and this arrangement can be made by contacting us for the extra fees involved, we package all goods neatly and secure well for transportation .. we wont be held liable in a case whereby items gets misplaced, broken in transit  or not delivered by the courier . If you'd like to get insurance please call or send an email to arrange that . Once your items are sent out we are not liable for any loss or refund on broken / damaged items , we can however offer  assistance  with courier company but won’t be liable for any loss whatsoever, you are to deal with the courier company  

Also, we use Fastway Courier as the bag sizes are fixed , If your items doesn’t fit into the satchel for R90, There’s a way bigger satchel for R120

In this case we’d contact you , please note these items are not by weight , they are by size why the different options , you’d  be required to pay for the extra R30 for the bigger bag or the parcel wont be shipped 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

5 Working Day Return Policy
Complaints on any item should be communicated within 24hrs of receiving a package, any complaints made after this time will be counted as invalid 

if you would like to return , You have 5 days to return your purchase from the date of delivery. All items should be unused, in the same condition as received and returned in the original packaging. We’ll refund the item/s in the same way you paid via Payfast or yoco , and wont be responsible for delivery fees for it to be sent back (in a case where we aren't responsible which is excluding any courier related issues stated above in the shipping policy). Our policy lasts 5 working days. If 5 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card through your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. No refunds nor exchange on sales items 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded if applicable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor returned ( no returns  on sales items )


Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us for return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Insurance and shipping

Insurance can be purchased for any shipment if the customer wishes to ( this is strongly advised as we wont be liable for any courier related issue) and this arrangement can be made by contacting us for the extra fees involved .. we wont be held liable in a case whereby items gets misplaced, hijacked, broken in transit  or not delivered by the courier . Refunds before shipping  

sadly we do not offer this , no refunds whatsoever for items yet to be shipped . only when items are already received can that process be initiated . Please note, you're to send items back before we can process refund 

Refunds before shipping duration is exhausted 

Our delivery duration is 1-4 working days after the dispatch day ( you start counting the next day after the dispatch day ) .. we won't be able to make a refund if the items do not meet up with your plans but still within our delivery timeline (1-4 Working days after dispatch day ).. it's your responsibility to know if the delivery duration will work for you or not .. however in a case whereby the delivery was made after the 4 working days promised by us , we will look into refund 

Refunds for incorrect address

Sadly ,we won’t be able to refund for incorrect address which was provided by the customer . If your parcel is taken to an address which you gave us (and you claimed you made a mistake ), we are not liable to refund you for this . It is your responsibility to give aa correct address and to crosscheck your address before checking out

You can however contact us once you notice this so we can get in touch with the Courier company for a change , and any cost with this will be incurred by you to be paid to us to sort this on your behalf 

If the parcel is already delivered to this “wrong” address, we are not responsible for a refund for the products . You’re to find a way to pick up this parcel from this “wrong” address and we wont make a refund in this case as the address entered on your order was used . Always check your addresses is correct before checking out

Lost or Hijacked Items

In a case of goods getting hijacked while in transit with the courier , kindly note the customer is to take it up with the courier service , we will only be able to assist with invoice paper and any document needed that is within our capabilities . The buyer is to file and submit the claim directly with the courier company and we won’t be responsible for sending another package , a new order will have to be placed on the website for another package / order to be sent. 

Pickup Conditions 

Our pickup time is strictly 10am - 2pm Mondays , Wednesday and Fridays . Pickup orders are advised to be placed a day before these days (e.g weekends , Tuesdays , Thursdays) . We do not accept Same day ordering and Picking up , we can only accommodate this if there’s chance for us to do so but not guaranteed , this is solely at our discretion

We will not be held liable for secured packaging of Pickup items as this is solely packed for pickup. Customer is responsible for this . Also , once a parcel is handed over securely during pickup  ,we are no longer liable or responsible for the safety of such package  . Our responsibility ends once handed over to the pickup contact.
